•2 cups shredded carrots

•1 pitted date

•1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk (refrigerated)

•½ cup frozen pineapple

•2 T hemp seeds (or chopped walnuts)

•dash cinnamon

•toasted, shredded unsweetened coconut (garnish)
